We uses WooCommerce for both buying attendance and with the posibility to a buying membership.
Now we have to define the same "ticket" with the same information over and over again, causing the WooCommerce Product-page to be filled up with identical products.22 votes
It would be great to see an additional section in the single event pages for Attendees.
Additionnally, in this "Who Is Going" section, there would be two horizontal tabs : JonSmith Attendees (custom text) | Facebook attendees
We could find the number of attendees between parenthesis right after the headers. The Facebook section would of course appear only if the event is linked to a Facebook event.
Inspiration came from a competitor, Wantickets, see here the last section : http://www.wantickets.com/Events/ShowEvent.aspx?eventId=156513
It would be great to have a bit SEO friendlyness for the URL structure. Either: event/month-day-year/title or event/category/month-day-year/title.
This would most certainly benefit everyones events to show up on Google abit better and the URL structure would keep consistent and clean all the way :)
More thoughts about URL friendlyness is described here: http://searchengineland.com/seo-friendly-url-syntax-practices-134218

For SEO purposes, remove /category/ from urls like mysite.com/events/category/music/ for SEO Purposes. It should be mysite.com/events/music/ instead.13 votes
The events I am creating generally have a start location and an end location.
It would be very handy to be able to create a custom field to specifically link to a venue.
Likewise, other users may also find it useful to have the ability to link to an organiser.13 votes
Where we can make a External Event link a button instead of the full external link. If the external link to the event is quite long it doesn't make a pleasant design. The long external links are ungly on their own in body content of a blog post. If we could use the words "link" or external website.
I also posted this to the WordPress forums.
The post-author and categories should also be shown for events, which are shown in the main blog loop (just like regular posts).21 votes
Make it easy to change the term Events. I know you can do it with a function but it should be easy to change this master term according to the business type. Car dealers have Events but many businesses use a clearer term.3 votes
I would love to see Modern Tribe work with iThemes to create integration with iThemes Exchange for selling tickets to events. Any chance this could happen in the future?7 votes
I realize you can't actually do anything with the WordPress app. It would be nice if it were easy to add an event to the calendar via a mobile device, though. I think it confuses people who aren't super-familiar with WordPress that they can add/edit a Post or a Page, but not an event.4 votes
Help us make this option easy for our clients to add clickable phone numbers on mobile devices.
Add ability to insert code <a href="tel:123-456-7890">(123) 456-7890</a> instead of just a phone # throughout EventsPro & TicketsWooCommerce

We have a popular calendar and I'd like to start making some money on some of our listings.
Users can opt to pay for listing upgrades when they submit and event. Upgrades might include, different color listing, enhanced font, larger photos, or having the listing included in widgets on the side/top.
Billing would be either a one time fee or based on the number of days the event will promoted on the site (they pick a date range at time of set up).
Why do it? Plugins that pay for themselves are always in demand!4 votes
To register for an event, my client would like to be able to collect some additional data, not just name and email address. The ability to create a registration form with custom fields is required for this.6 votes
V 3.6 upcoming events list widget adds "Recurring Events (See All)" to all recurring upcoming events. This info is not always needed or wanted. Please make it an opt-in option (default - off).3 votes
This option will be included in an upcoming release.
I am building a WP site for my Scout Troop and are missing a feature we currently have and love in our shutterfly account which is to determine participants for calendar events. As a Troop, it benefits all to know who is going and not to scheduled events. I am having a hard time replicating that functionality in WP. Would love to see your product handle this featureset.1 vote
Hello, we are using your calendar on our website and it would be awesome if we could print the calendar exactly as it appears on the website. Currently it prints the grid but it doesn't have the events listed inside. Thank you!1 vote

Ability to embed calendar on other websites! I need to be able to embed the calendar on other websites! That way, the entire community can use our community calendar.
I want to have a community calendar that others in the community can embed into their sites so that we centralize info!50 votes
We use the Events Calendar on multiple sites in our WordPress multisite platform. I would like to offer calendars for sub-sites, where events in a specified category from the main calendar feed the sub-site’s calendar as published on their site (we don’t want to simply link to the category page on the main calendar site, as that would take the user away from the subsite).1 vote
