I would love to be able to add some additional Fields for RSVP. I would love to have Names seperated (surname/prename), also some physical address information and contact details (telephone additional to email)
Thanks for your work. Hopefully this gets builded asap :)89 votes
Thank you for the suggestion!
One of the upcoming features for Event Tickets Plus is Attendee Meta Fields. This will allow you to add custom fields for attendees to fill out. This will soon be released as a beta, and you can signup for that beta here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/signup-for-beta-access/
From the sound of it the above feature and beta will cover this feature request, as well as the separate one to add additional fields to tickets. We will leave this feature request open until that feature has been launched, so that we can collect your feedback. If It does not quite cover what you are looking for please let us know.

While we you add multiple recurrence patterns (such as every 1st monday) sometimes you just have a single date that you want to add. Perhaps one that does not conform to any pattern.
This request would add a new option when selecting recurrences that allows you to add just individual dates to the series of events, in addition to the recurrence pattern(s) you have selected.59 votes
Build or support a third party app that can be used by the event venue to check-in attendees similar to Eventbrite Entry Manager https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eventbrite.organizer
Something easy, handheld and mobile for ticket takers to use across several windows with most all the same features of Eventbrite... Maybe it's as easy as contacting the same developer and changing the data source to connect to WordPress...???22 votes
Email Attendees of an event automatically with event details X days before event takes place. It would be great if this was a variable number of days.406 votes
Cool idea! We can definitely see how this would be useful.
Offer a reduced ticket price for buying X or more, and force the quantity of that ticket to start at X.
We sell reduced price tickets for groups of 3 or more, but the quantity on the product page always starts at 1, which allows anyone to buy only one ticket at the lower price. Currently we have to say, "Contact us for 3 or more" and process these sales manually.
Eventbrite does this beautifully, but we're trying to get away from the extra fees.
Thanks for submitting this idea!
WPML is necessary for localize event websites, which are going to publish the event/ticket from frontend and sell the ticket.63 votes
I appreciate you requesting this here. We will keep a weather eye on demand for this.
I'd like to be able to go into the backend and manually add an attendee to the list.6 votes
Warning when a QR-code check in is used twice or multiple times. To avoid people passing their tickets.
scanning QR-codes doesn't give a warning when a ticket has already been used to check in. I don't find a way to limit this to only 1 check in (?)
That would be handy, so people can't pass the qr-code to others. Their will always be people trying that :-)4 votes
The Events Calendar is integrated with WPML, however recurring events are not fully functioning with WPML. It would be great to have that implemented.15 votes
I Would like to be able to print the calendar off the website, or perhaps export it into a spreadsheet then print it, at the moment i am using it for a school website and parents would like to print off the calendar and stick it on their fridges.9 votes
I believe the logic is already in place to import the event data from event id using the administrator's fb auth session.. so frontend submission should have a field where users can submit an event id or url, which imports event data in the back-end when approved15 votes
This sounds like a pretty cool idea. Would you think of this as something built into the Facebook Events plugin or would you think of this as a bit of a hybrid between Facebook Events and our Community Events plugin?
I'm aware of the iCal importer, but all that really does is import and it sounds more like a workaround. I'm also not asking for iCal subscriptions or w/e everyone else is writing about. I'd like TEC and Google Calendar to be 1 and the same, only that TEC is responsive on our site. The administration is already used to updating google calendar. TEC would be perfect if it had this. I've found a plugin that does what I'm talking about https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-calendar-events/ but it's honestly not as flushed out as TEC(especially in terms of responsiveness). It uses the calendar ID and calendar api key. I think you guys could do what they've done better. It would be awesome if this came out as a feature. Thanks!

That’s a great idea! Thanks for the specificity. This is something we have talked about some, and are keen to see how many folks are interested in it. We really appreciate your posting the idea here, and will monitor it closely.

Every Organizer should have an option to state Terms & Conditions for their Events. The user which will buy event must agree with Organizers Terms & Conditions in order to buy and attend in event
Terms and conditions should also be in Organizer page.20 votes
I think it would be a nicer experience for the user of the calendar to view the events in calendar and list/day view like this:
-sticky events first (maybe have a border added)
-order by hour only - not date!
Now the problem is that events that take longer (like the whole month), always appear on top of everything, and it becomes a bit annoying for the user.6 votes
Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. We are wondering what you are trying to do here. Is the ultimate goal to hide events which span long period of time from List and Day view? Or are you trying to list them underneath the other events?
We publish an annual planning calendar and would like to duplicate it online. It would be really helpful if there were a way for our users to export a calendar year's worth of events at a time. Or better, a way to specify a date-range for exporting. I realize that a large date-range (perhaps even a year) would create a lot of entries, but for planning purposes, that's what users require. Asking them to export month-by-month seems a little cumbersome.39 votes
When a user submits an event to the Community Events form, the event goes into Pending/Draft as I have set in the admin panel. However, if a user goes back to edit an Approved/Published event, it should also automatically get withdrawn from the site and submitted for approval.6 votes
You know something that would increase your business especially for organizations that need volunteers to help make events run smoothly is a feature that is like "SignUp Genius" built right into your calendar. I really think that if you offered this then folks are only having to create one event and can create the sign up sheets required for volunteers and staffing for that event right then. Now we have to either use Signup Genius which is by far the best for this type of program takes my visitors away from our site and then we hope they migrate back to the site when they are completed or to use a plugin which will keep them on our site, but either program requires to double enter the same information of each event that requires volunteer sign ups. Just food for thought!

It would be good if users could Claim a listing if they are the true owners. Currently events can be set up by anybody but it is not easy for the true owner to Claim That listing. With community events it is too easy for anyone to pretend to be the owner of an event.1 vote
When developing a website in one language that sells courses, tickets and other virtual products wootickets works just fine. But when you work on a website with more than one language there is no possiblity of having a single translation of the tickets for the ones that don't understand the main language. I would be interesting if translated events could share the same stock, because some times tickets are limited.
That’s a great idea. Thank you for sharing. We will be keeping an eye on this.
I'm sure everyone agrees that reCAPTCHA is one of the most irritating technologies on the web. No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA has recently begun trending online and is already in use by the WordPress community.
