At the moment it's possible to re-sync an event manually by entering a single event and hitting the button. It's ok for small number of events with few changes but with big calendars with lot of events changing during weeks or months it can be a challenge. It would be great to automate this.108 votes
We are working on adding scheduled imports for Facebook, which allows Facebook events to be continually imported and updated on a set schedule.
At the minute community members can sell tickets to their events using paypal. It would be awesome if they could do so and receive payment through Stripe Connect.16 votes
Thanks for your suggestion to have the option to use Stripe Connect (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payments-fees) instead of PayPal Adaptive Payments. Please add your votes and comment with any use cases you’d like to share.
Finally you add single date feature to custom recurrence events, good job! The next important thing to add in my opinion is the possibility to add different hours for events with single date recurrence.. I hope you can do that asap :)
Thank you14 votes
Right now, if you look at the number of ticket sold in the participant list, it include tickets that were sold then cancelled, or completely deleted orders. I suggest that this number only includes existing participant or that another item is created to see the number of expected attendees and active tickets sold.4 votes
Thank you very much for submitting this excellent idea.
We have noted some fraudulent voting on this and are forced to scrutinize the vote count a bit more thoroughly, but we will weigh this based on the actual number of unique supporters. :)

Along with media and form uploads, allow the ability to upload PDFs, Word documents that then be printed off of the events page.4 votes
Can you please clarify this a bit?
Adding different files is already possible in the event description box through the ‘Add Media’ button, just like for any post. Would this be good for what you want to achieve?
I'd like to be able to go into the backend and manually add an attendee to the list.35 votes
Whilst the 'Dates' feature is a huge improvement. There are many instances where the same Event can be held over random dates - which the 'Dates' feature, fulfills.
However, the times and venue may - and often do - change.
An enhancement to 'Dates' would see those fields, editable.11 votes
“Different venues for each occurrence within a recurrence series” is the only “new idea” part of this request. There are several other existing requests for custom/differing times within a series.
Please add your votes and comment with real world examples.
Please add the Existing Global Stock Feature also to RSVP as soon someone adds a second ticket!
Great idea! We are very interested in this.
It would be awesome to have a Past Events widget to show previous events. My business uses the ECP to show all of our tournaments, and people always want to see the results, which are embedded on each event page. A widget to automatically show the previous (1-20) events would save sooooo much time! Thanks for your consideration!11 votes
Thanks for your request to create a new Past Events widget (or to update the Events List widget with this functionality)
It would be great if the Organizer could be a registered user with certain role attribute for that user. For example is a user is an author a drop down list of all the users (who are authors) could be linked as the organizer for an event(s).
This feature could also be very useful in the community events form. The logged in user should be the default organizer. The Admin can determine whether this can be changed or not depending on restrictions that the admin can set.
Would love to see this feature!30 votes
Tickets that will expire after an amount of time. For instance the ticket last for 30days after purchase. You will be able to have a list of all check-ins (ticket) was used. A ticket could have a one time use, “x” number of uses or unlimited uses within that time period. Each use will have a checkin time used tracked, total checkins remaining - or total amount of checkins.2 votes
Thanks for sharing your ideas! Are you picturing this pass would be good for any event/venue on your calendar, or just one? Are you picturing that you would sell it on an event page, or perhaps in the shopping area of your site like WooCommerce?

I have 20+ events and would like to get an overview of number of attendees to the events. As it is today we have to click every single event to see how many attendees are joining.
Basically all we need is an added column to the existing events overview (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events) with the current number of attendees.
The thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/single-overview-of-ticket-attendees/#post-1124416) also discusses this feature, and Joe has brought a temporary solution that is very limited in use of both sorting and filtering, however better than the current solution.3 votes
Great idea! Thank you
We would love to see more votes on this one!
Thank you for the ability to collect Attendee Information i.e., First and Last Name of multiple tickets to the actual purchase process prior to check out. Now, how about an option to add that collected information to either the Attendee Ticket and / or the Administrator email?2 votes
It would be nice if there was a way to set default ticket types for a new event. For example, if I know that the majority of events will have the same 3 tickets options with the same prices for every event, it would be nice to have those 3 ticket types automatically populate when creating a new event instead of creating the same 3 ticket types each time.10 votes
That’s a great idea. Thank you for submitting it.
I would love to see you allow multi-day events to allow exclusion for dates. For example a 5 day training that starts on Wednesday and ends Tuesday, excludes weekend days. You could do this the same way you exclude dates in a reoccurring event now.4 votes
Scenario: A singe event that spans several days at the same time. For example a 3-day seminar or class that is 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on all three days.
As it stands now, when you setup the recurrence pattern, on the calendar it looks like three separate events on separate dates. I would be nice to see it span the dates. More so, if you set a price, on the surface it looks like the price is 'X' amount for each day and not for the entire event.
I have seen this functionality in other premium event calendars.2 votes
That’s a nice idea. I’m looking forward to see more votes on this.
You can currently export venues, organizers, and events from one site to another via the WordPress import/export functionality. Be sure to do venues, organizers, then events as instructed here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Build or support a third party app that can be used by the event venue to check-in attendees similar to Eventbrite Entry Manager https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eventbrite.organizer
Something easy, handheld and mobile for ticket takers to use across several windows with most all the same features of Eventbrite... Maybe it's as easy as contacting the same developer and changing the data source to connect to WordPress...???31 votes
Ability to have a custom email sent out with specific information to be setup when new ticket is added as an additional ticket field. For example Free tickets get's some email content while paid one get's different content2 votes
This could be achieved with a plugin from SkyVerge:
The plugin allows you to send different emails after selling different products.
Would this help you?
When a user adds a ticket to their event it defaults to being an RSVP type ticket. I would like to be able to set the default ticket type to WooCommerce or one of the other ticket providers.7 votes
