Can you add option to add different time for recurring event?
So when adding I could simply choose:
Recurrence rules > (DATE) and time if different than the original one
Instead of using confusing (CUSTOM) rules.29 votes
This is definitely something we would like to do. I will leave this open for votes to help us determine the priority. I also merged an older feature request for this same thing into this one, because this is so nicely worded. Thanks for sharing Adam!
At the moment it's possible to re-sync an event manually by entering a single event and hitting the button. It's ok for small number of events with few changes but with big calendars with lot of events changing during weeks or months it can be a challenge. It would be great to automate this.112 votes
We are working on adding scheduled imports for Facebook, which allows Facebook events to be continually imported and updated on a set schedule.
Right now, if you look at the number of ticket sold in the participant list, it include tickets that were sold then cancelled, or completely deleted orders. I suggest that this number only includes existing participant or that another item is created to see the number of expected attendees and active tickets sold.20 votes
Thank you very much for submitting this excellent idea.
We have noted some fraudulent voting on this and are forced to scrutinize the vote count a bit more thoroughly, but we will weigh this based on the actual number of unique supporters. :)

Thank you for the ability to collect Attendee Information i.e., First and Last Name of multiple tickets to the actual purchase process prior to check out. Now, how about an option to add that collected information to either the Attendee Ticket and / or the Administrator email?18 votes
Scenario: A singe event that spans several days at the same time. For example a 3-day seminar or class that is 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on all three days.
As it stands now, when you setup the recurrence pattern, on the calendar it looks like three separate events on separate dates. I would be nice to see it span the dates. More so, if you set a price, on the surface it looks like the price is 'X' amount for each day and not for the entire event.
I have seen this functionality in other premium event calendars.18 votes
That’s a nice idea. I’m looking forward to see more votes on this.
I´d like to have an additional feature in the Filter Bar.
The user should be able to select a "from date" and a "to date" with a datepicker. So he can see all events that at least start at the "from date" and end not later than the "to date" in the list view (or something like that).11 votes
Nice idea. The Tribe Bar that comes with the free The Events Calendar plugin does have a month picker that may be useful. We look forward to more votes on this idea.
Divi is currently one of the best-selling Wordpress themes. It integrates smoothly with WooCommerce but currently doesn't integrate well with The Events Calendar.9 votes
When selecting a State it would be nice to have the cities filter to auto-populate based on the State selection3 votes
I have 20+ events and would like to get an overview of number of attendees to the events. As it is today we have to click every single event to see how many attendees are joining.
Basically all we need is an added column to the existing events overview (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events) with the current number of attendees.
The thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/single-overview-of-ticket-attendees/#post-1124416) also discusses this feature, and Joe has brought a temporary solution that is very limited in use of both sorting and filtering, however better than the current solution.11 votes
Great idea! Thank you
We would love to see more votes on this one!
At the minute community members can sell tickets to their events using paypal. It would be awesome if they could do so and receive payment through Stripe Connect.30 votes
Thanks for your suggestion to have the option to use Stripe Connect (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payments-fees) instead of PayPal Adaptive Payments. Please add your votes and comment with any use cases you’d like to share.
Hello it seems when a user's submitted event is approved by admin, they do not receive the email..
"Event approved by admin on <date>"
Why have you not implemented this? It seems only admin receives email notification. The user should receive email notification if his/her event is approved (published) by admin.
Please advise if your'e implementing this?3 votes
It would be cleaner and more professional to have "at" instead of "@" before the event time.3 votes
The main reason I upgraded to the PRO version of The Events Calendar was to take advantage of the recurring events feature, however after setting this up the 'Upcoming Events' sidebar widget has now become useless as it simply displays the same event over and over because several of the occurrences are before the next independent event.
I would like to see the option to only show the next instance of a recurring event in the widget's list.2 votes
Order events in list view in soonest-first for pages of upcoming events, but most-recent-first for past events
In list view, the lists of past and upcoming events are split into completed and upcoming, and for each of these lists it would make sense for the first item in the list to be the nearest to the current point in time instead of having both lists in ascending or descending order.3 votes
More or less as in the title. In order to promote a specific event, it would be useful to have the description that appears in the main blog loop stickied in the same manner that an ordinary post might be.3 votes
Having an email and SMS reminder option for events would be great for teams or groups.2 votes
Have the ability to have a map view of organizers. That way folks could locate organizers in their region. This could also work in conjunction with the search and filter bar. This along with Events and Venues mapview would extend the capability of Events Calendar Pro for many more applications.2 votes
Do you perchance want a map view of venues? Organizers do not have address fields. So we can not make a map of them.
The only options to change HTML / CSS in the Community Events form is to use custom PHP code in functions.php and wp-login.php.
I would prefer these forms are represented by actual WP pages and/or can be modified using a third-party tool. (Gravity Forms, Contact Forms, etc.)2 votes
Thank you for taking the time to reach out!
Would the crux of your issue be that you want to customize the form easier? Maybe reordering form elements, hiding certain things, setting defaults, etc. ? The more specific you can be the better here.
For example, we already support inserting the community events form as a shortcode into a page. But this makes it no easier to edit the form itself. You still will need a theme override.
Further, are you focused on the login/registration form, of the addd event form? The login form comes from WordPress itself, and so we are somewhat limited in how much easier we can make that form to edit.
Thank you for the feedback!
Please add the Existing Global Stock Feature also to RSVP as soon someone adds a second ticket!
Great idea! We are very interested in this.
I'd like to be able to go into the backend and manually add an attendee to the list.47 votes
