Google has implemented the post and event "post-type" for GMB. Can you or are you planning to integrate that feature through google's API ?
That would be an AWESOME feature, saving much time (i.e. writing GBM post inside the wordpress event editor).
Fields are basic for now so shouldn't be too hard (title+descr+CTA-link+date)
I've found this as reference, but its very basic and quite expensive: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-to-google-my-business/
Hope this could help as feedback/suggestion1 vote
I just wanted to flag that you guys haven’t provided a Plugin URI in your plugins so when they appear in system reports (Gravity Forms, WooCommerce, etc.) and other places they aren’t linked to your website.
Fairly minor but might be a good idea.1 vote
We need a calendar plugin that will be able to be edited via Outlook (iCal 2-way sync).
This plugin has most of the features we need in a WP calendar system minus the connection with Exchange (or 2-way iCal sync for editors).
We are going to be building a 120+ multisite environment and each of those sites need to have a calendar that can be edited from within Outlook (iCal 2-way sync).
See my other suggestion for a different approach.4 votes

Beaver Builder's Page Builder is hugely popular with over 275K downloads. Right now the widget don't work completely in the page builder. Some functionality is missing and there are bugs.
It would be grand of there could be a concerted effort to make sure Event Calendar is fully compatible with Beaver Builder.10 votes
Should be great to integrate Openagenda.com agenda directly in The Event Calendar1 vote
Currently you can configure Follow-up Emails to send auto emails to Event attendees. It would be nice to have an option to configure these auto Follow-up Emails to send to all customers; not just event attendees. This would allow you to market upcoming Events to your customers.3 votes
Divi is currently one of the best-selling Wordpress themes. It integrates smoothly with WooCommerce but currently doesn't integrate well with The Events Calendar.27 votes
Thank you for pitching in.
We have many of our customers and team members using the Events Calendar alongside Divi with great results.
As long as the proper template is used in Events → Settings → Display , things work great.
Furthermore, our upcoming 4.3 version of Events Calendar Pro will include full calendar shortcodes that will allow customers to include the full calendar to the page of their choice.
Please let us know if there are still additional integration needs
I am using the avada theme and would like to us the events calendar plugin as well. At this moment it is not possible to ad a fusion slider on the events page. That's a shame because in my website design I have them on all of my pages. It is reason for me to not use this plugin right now.2 votes
I would love to see a option where a client could pay for access to a version of the Events Calendar that is hosted by you, with calendar and widgets that could be embedded on a WordPress.com site. This kind of solution would be good for small non-profit organizations that do not want to spend money on maintenance for a self-hosted version of WordPress.2 votes
This is s great idea! Hope it will be popular and gets votes!
I'd like TEC and Google Calendar to be 1 and the same, only that TEC is responsive on our site. The administration is already used to updating google calendar. TEC would be perfect if it had this. I've found a plugin that does what I'm talking about https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-calendar-events/ but it's honestly not as flushed out as TEC(especially in terms of responsiveness). It uses the calendar ID and calendar api key. I think you guys could do what they've done better. It would be awesome if this came out as a feature. Thanks!23 votes
That’s a great idea! Thanks for the specificity. This is something we have talked about some, and are keen to see how many folks are interested in it. We really appreciate your posting the idea here.
You might also want to check out our Event Aggregator service (https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/) and see if that would meet your needs. It allows you to import events from Google Calendar into The Events Calendar and even has automatic imports so you can keep things up to date.

Envoy, like ECP is a wonderfully put together product. We use both for our real world events driven business. However, to complete our stack of web calander, ticket purchase and on site registration, we currently also need to use Eventbrite. Eventbrite is also an excellent product but small volume users but for power event hosts (we host over 1,000 events a year) also using ECP it has become duplicative on a number of fronts and is not an insubstantial cost. Integrating envoy directly with ECP would enable the removal of EB, provide a more elegant solution and save users money.1 vote
Thank you for sharing this idea! We’ll keep an active eye on this to see how many folks share similar shoes.

Add a plugin for Ticket Tailor - https://www.tickettailor.com/ - as an alternative to Eventbrite and other ticketing solutions. They have a WordPress plugin for event ticketing and don't charge any per ticket fees like the other companies do.5 votes
Hey, thanks for submitting this idea!
An add-on to integrate with Mailchimp would be nice. I would like to automate with MailPoet a weekly email reminding users of the weeks upcoming events. This would be a nature extension of any calendar plugin it would seem, but I have yet to find that integration.3 votes
Event Calendar pages cannot be targeted using WooSlider, It'd be great if we could customise sidebars for EC pages using WS.1 vote
I’m not sure this is something that we can address on our side. Our events are a custom post type and should be accessible by any other plugin that pulls content from custom post types.
For this, the only solution may be to modify or filter how those options are chosen within the WooSlider settings.
This plugin is already 95% working correctly with The Events Calendar.
There are only 2 things that ignore the language addition in the URL:
1. the "All Events" link in breadcrumb above Event Detail page
2. the "View all events" link at bottom of widget45 votes
Ability to send events to Google Now Event Cards = events display on mobile devices in the area as an event suggestion 'nearby' or 'upcoming'. http://www.google.com/landing/now/integrations.html4 votes
I would love to see the Events Calendar as either a standalone app for situation where I am using OpenCart or a platform other than WordPress.8 votes
Registration for events with Ninja Forms would be a nice feature.
Ninja Forms, just as Gravity Forms, has a long list of compatible addons, and would add much more functionality to Events Calendar.3 votes
We have lots of ideas for The Events Calendar that we'd like to develop ourselves, relating to facilities management, notifications, and volunteerism. It would be nice to work out some kind of arrangement where you could sell them and take a piece of the profit. You could also ensure that your high UX standards are maintained this way.4 votes
That is a cool idea. We already have a few community built add-ons, so there might be others interested in this as well. In the mean time you should reach out to us on the forums or via email if you have an add-on or are building one. We’d love to see it. We have at various times even featured these on our blog.
