Recurring Event Support for Tickets
Currently our WooTickets plugin does not work fully with recurring events, and users can only purchase tickets for the most upcoming event in a series. Would it be useful to you to combine the power of WooTickets with the PRO recurring events feature?
We’re continuing our work on a huge revamp of recurring events that would pave the way for recurring tickets. Additionally we’re working on backend improvements to tickets to support this kind of complicated functionality. Please continue to share your use cases in comments so we can strategize the scope of this long-awaited feature.

I organize event where i have:
- 1 day tickets for 5€ (for example Friday ticket)
- free tickets for children (Friday ticket)
- Saturday ticket for 5€
- Saturday ticket for children for free
- 2 days ticket for 8€ (Friday + Saturday)
- same for children...
So, how i should or is it possible to set the space that it will calculate right numbers of free places?
So if there are 100 places and I sell 1 ticket for Friday, there will be 99 tickets for Friday (paid or free for kids) and 100 tickets for Saturday. And if later someone buys 2 day tickets, it will be 98 tickets for Friday and 99 for Saturday remaining..
Thanks a lot
My client is using this for classes and most recur multiple times during the month. She finds it very cumbersome to add tickets to each, so this would be an awesome feature.

How about making it possible to buy ticks for different timeslots. So that one user can buy a ticket who gives access from 8 to 10. And another can buy access from 10 to 12.

Please prioritize this project. It is a great plugin already and if you had this feature, it would be fantastic and save us lots of time!
Any more news on this? Four years later and still no ETA. This one single feature is needed by many who use this plugin and for me personally, not having this is causing a lot of time on clients sites for me and the client too. Am afraid that will have to look at third party services for ticketing soon if I can not give clients a rough eta.
This is a much needed feature for a city symphony client. Recurring events works fine but tickets are sold using unique links for each date.
This is a definite need!
Would love this 1+
For my client –– teaching medium-sized yoga and pilates classes –– this feature is the only way to a) keep using your event calendar for all her events, and b) to let her clients book their slot in advance, avoiding being sent away because the class is full already –– a game changer indeed !!
While our tickets may not have functionality like WooCommerce's variable products or grouped products (or maybe your idea is slightly different than either of those), you might be able to benefit from this available snippet: https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/5a769159a2bf64f0b1b1dbbde243d109
Ticket for an event on a given day at a particular time
Adult / $15
Child / $7
The only way to do this currently is to have several tickets for each type of ticket & time, meaning you could have a long list of tickets for users, confusing matters.
Please add me to the list of eager users of Event Tickets Plus who REALLY REALLY want this function to happen. I sell CPR & First Aid training classes that recur on a weekly basis
Now when we want to use recurring event for a dance lesson for exemple and we want to add a ticket for all the lessons, the recurring event create a ticket for each day ( each event).
So it would be great to add an option to add anly one ticket for all the serie off lesson.
hope that help !
all the best
This is a very important feature for my client’s website. This can’t happen soon enough. Keep up the awesome work and please make this happen ASAP. Every class my client has needs registration and is recurring 5-20 more times. This is an absolute necessary feature for this site. You guys are awesome! Thanks!
I am about to add the ticket system but a lot of events on my client's website are recurring event so I definitely need this feature as soon as possible. Thanks for your work.
