Reusable Ticket Defaults/Profiles (as per Venues and Organizers)
I would like to see Wootickets integrate a list of default ticket profiles, where we can fill out the commonly used fields we re-type hundreds of times. Almost all of the ticket fields could be automatically populated based on a template, with changes and variations made as needed.
For my personal needs, 99% of the hundreds of tickets I create every month could be selected from a list of 8 profiles, with information being spit out for: names, description, price, start/end sales, stock, etc.
The two fields that would require some consideration for advanced functionality would be:
variable time frames of ticket sales
start [immediately | in + hrs/days | select date & time as normal]
end [when event begins | +/- hrs/days of event start | select date & time as normal]
incremental SKU #
Set a base for the SKU plus automatically populated or incremented wild cards. For example, SKU# SAMPLE where the is populated with an incremental count (ex. SAMPLE0001, SAMPLE0002, etc.) or where the **** is populated with a unique ID (ex.. SAMPLEy6C9, SAMPLE9z2I, etc.)
You have already developed this functionality for Venues and Organizers, and it saves me TONS of time. I'd just like to see it replicated for tickets.
To best explain my idea (need) I will create a scenario to explain. At the present time when an event is added to the calendar the only way to activate ticket sales is to create a new ticket. For some this is not ideal. The same "event" may occur repeatedly but not following any consistent timeline and the same "ticket" may apply. This makes creating a recurring event impossible and also forces creation of a new ticket for the same thing. Example:
Event: Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Date: July 3, 2013
Tickets: (a) single ticket with no board provided $XX (b) single ticket with board provided $XX
The same "event", in this case a class may be added to the calendar again in the same week, the next week, month etc. - but on different days of the week.
The "tickets" available would not change and it would be nice to be able to use the product ID from WooCommerce to add the tickets to the event.

I also think that this should be a must, I know for our use, we run the same event with the same tickets all year round, so the admin of having to add the same event and tickets to the admin is so time consuming. I recurring event (with ability to have single show capacity) all using the same tickets would be the best outcome for our requirments!

I need this functionality as well. Currently with Eventbrite my flow for creating a new event is very easy - copy paste existing event of that category, change some dates on the 3-4 ticket types, and done. I'm considering event tickets plus but the thought of recreating all my tickets from scratch every time is daunting. having support for "Duplicate Post" or some other way to copy/paste events with their tickets will be awesome. Actually, if I ask for a refund at the end of my 30 days "no questions asked refund period" most chanced it will be because my team is not going to go for this amount of manual work to maintain our 4-7 events a month workload.

This is a "must have" for my application as well. Ticket templates would save a huge amount of time. As with some of the other commenters, we have a small number of standard event ticket types. It's the same name, description and information fieldsets. We use the event date in the SKU, so templating the SKU number would be helpful (e.g. %YYYY%%MM%%DD%-ABC)

Apparently tickets are not a registered WP custom post type because you can't duplicate them like you can events and ticket fieldsets with the Post Duplicator plugin.
It would be fabulous to have a link "Duplicate ticket" appear next to "Edit", etc for each ticket.
I have 7 tickets for one event that are woocommerce tickets. The price changes for those after a certain date, so I have to create 7 duplicates at the new price. Kind of a pain.

I use the RSVP feature to set meeting times with students. I set various time slots and use RSVP tickets to allow students to sign up for meeting times. On a particular day, I can have up to 10 time slots for an event. I would like to duplicate the RSVP tickets on a different event so I do not have to enter each ticket one by one for the many days that I hold meetings with students.
It would be nice if there was a way to set default ticket types for a new event. For example, if I know that the majority of events will have the same 3 tickets options with the same prices for every event, it would be nice to have those 3 ticket types automatically populate when creating a new event instead of creating the same 3 ticket types each time.

I would have thought it was a common for those running course and events to want to reuse the same tickets over and over. We run a different course each month with a different tutor, but the location and price stays the same. We only have three ticket types. To be able to select from a limited number of ticket templates, that only change, event name, tutor (Organiser) and date would save us so much time, particularly each year when we have to create 12 months worth of courses. I see this being discussed in the forum and here in 2013... has anything progressed?

Currently the only way to add previously existing tickets to an event is to edit the functions.php file or edit the database. I would like a way to do this from the event page.

This needs to be an added function as my client has the same level of tickets for all their events. It would be easy to have a drop down choice and just change the sku.
I have 4 votes left and I want them all to go to this!!
This is needed just as badly as the venue/organizer defaults. We have 3 types of tickets. The name and description is *always* the same! The only changes are the dates and the price.
Would save me tons of time too. Plus if I could add the date of the event as a variable to the ticket name.

I think this is the same thing I'm looking for — we would very much like to be able to specify these things about all WooTickets tickets in WooCommerce by default:
They all get added to the Tickets category, which is great, but why not be able to go a step farther... ?
