Add a recurring event option to CSV uploads
Add a recurring event option to CSV uploads so that you can add recurring events as currently to have to add the event multiple times.
This is something we are currently investivating to see how feasible it is. We would love to add this ability, but due to the complexity of recurrence patterns it may not be possible to import these via CSV, at least without making it so complex it has a huge learning curve and is a pain to work with. If we deem this possible then we would definitely like to build it. :)
Thanks for sharing the idea!

Yes please, we use recurring events that occur bi-monthly, around the same date, but not always.

I'm sure you heard this already but the inability to schedule imports of CSV data limits the ability to connect to so many other data sources.
And for us it makes your otherwise great product useless as it is our only data source
Since you can already do Google & ical is there a reason that extending to CSV is very difficult?

My calendar is made up of mostly recurring events - "marketing holidays" like Cinco de Mayo (May 5), or International Nurses Day (May 12), Hot Air Balloon Day (June 5)... I need to import 100's more, but want to import them to repeat annually... without having to visit each entry individually and say REPEAT SAME DAY EACH YEAR... I had someone make me a plugin that auto-renews blog posts yearly... maybe this can help you with this element...
Aggregator currently does not support recurring imports for CSV type. WP All Import does not work because data that is inserted this way is not processed the same way that data that is imported through TEC/Aggregator one time is processed. Two examples of this processing are: 1. Connecting Events with their Venues, Organizers. 2. Any location based google map api processing. If you add this feature then your recurring imports through aggregator will work with any system that can spit out CSV and upload to the server and that's many more than what you currently have. Thank you for considering this.
Unfortunately, I've gone down this road and it's doesn't work because of the special processing TEC import does during import (one example is the location processing that happens through the google map api.)
We can create CSV files for a sharepoint calendar that we want to import its data to The Events Calendar. However, this information changes on a consistent bases. We would like to add a url where it can fetch data every 30min or hour.
