Improve Map View for multiple events in the same venue.
Map View displays only one event for each venue in the map. It would be great if:
1) for each venue in the map, the popup shows the list of all the events happening there
2) the popup info for the events should include also the date and time of the event; and possibly also the featured image
I feel that Map View is extremely useful and deserves some improvement.
Please consider the following examples from booking.com and groupon.com:
You have several complaints in the forum that the Google Calendar button takes the user away from the website. Modifying the code will be overwritten when we update the plugin. So why haven't you changed this behavior in the original code so that the button opens in a new tab?1 vote
Suggestion to add JSON+LD to the [tribe_events] shortcode. While a snippet has been created to achieve this, it would be nice to see it integrated into the core pro files.1 vote
At the moment, the +Export Events button on a category page adds every single event (on the whole calendar) to your diary (which is a disaster). Would be great if the +Export Events button on category pages only exported the events listed in that category.1 vote
Add support for the featured event checkbox when in bulk edit mode and/or in Quick Edit mode.
That way you don't have to individually set the featured event status on each featured event one by one.4 votes
Would be great if in the PRO version, the events list widget could have the option to show the excerpt - a check box just like for the Price, Venue, City, Address, etc. Thanks :)2 votes
A simple list of all of the event categories in a separate url would be extremely handy!
Exactly like the current wp-json/wp/v2/categories
Thank you for taking the time to reach out and share an idea. It’s good to know what would be handy for the devs.
To quote our chief strategist “we’ll be adding it for sure”. We do not have an ETA. This was just added to our roadmap which maps out over a years worth of the team’s time and is full up at the moment. But as soon as we’re able this feature will be added. Hopefully it is something we can slip in when there is a small opening.

Add a way to edit a single item in a recurring event, so that you can edit one date instead of changing all of them3 votes
We are working on changes to Events Calendar PRO that would allow this kind of independent editing. Thanks for your patience!
I would like to be able to sort my scheduled imports alphabetically. With the current order of ‘last added’, it’s hard for me to review who I’ve already created a feed for.
I want to be able to look at all my import sources alphabetically so that I can determine which ones I've already created.
Currently, the only method of sorting is by 'last import'5 votes
Adding a LIMIT argument to the tribe_events shortcode could work for Photo, List, Day, and Map views.
The shortcode option in Pro is great!
It would be even greater if there was an option to limit the shown events in the list.
Like: [tribe_events limit="10" view="photo"]
Than you would be able to show the Photo view for instance on the homepage only the first 3 events and on a calendar page all the events.

Thank you for the idea! We definitely see the value in this. It has been added to our list of features we would like to implement. We thank you for your patience as we work through all of the other features that were added before this one.
Eric from our forums shared an excellent snippet of code that allows you to alter this right now. As he notes it employs a bit of a hack, but it should work on most servers. You can paste this code in your functions.php, modify the number of events you want shown inside the code, and you’re done!
If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out via our forums. Cheers!

1. Multiple time
for example, the Event A has been planed on
12/03/2015 8:00am – 5:00pm
13/03/2015 10:00am – 4:00pm
14/03/2015 10:00am – 5:00pm
3. Multiple location
For same event, has been plan on different location and different time
I’d like to have ability to adding above under same event entry. :)
BTW Great plugin!!14 votes
Having an email and SMS reminder option for events would be great for teams or groups.138 votes
Setting it so that a predefined link, for example:
... always goes to the latest event for recurring posts. At the moment, if I want to link to a recurring event in a blog (for example) then I either need to link to www.mywebsite.com/event/abc/all which displays all the currently listed events OR www.mywebsite.com/event/abc/2017-05-06 (or some other date) which will eventually lead the user to the "this event has passed".2 votes
Per https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/#common, only 1 category can be entered in the shortcode.
I'd like to be able to do something like this:
`[tribe_events categories="bbq,holidays,community" and="true"]`
(since the default would be `and=false` which means OR, not AND)
Another name for this shortcode argument might be `filter="and"` or something else.25 votes
For users whose week does not start on Sunday, change the date picking calendar to display according to the WordPress "day of the week starts on" setting, so that less mistakes are made in scheduling events.
Suggestion based on this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/datepicker-in-backend-still-starts-week-on-sunday-instead-of-monday/10 votes
tribe_events shortcode supports categories, but it doesn't support tags. A number of people have already voiced the usefulness of this filter. I couldn't find an existing suggestion to vote for.6 votes
I'm happy to see that we can now collect info from all attendees. However, it is a bit problematic to collect this information on the event page. It would be a more advantageous workflow if the users were allowed to input the attendee information on either the checkout page or a page specifically designed for this purpose. Requesting attendee information on the event page causes design conflicts and can make the page very cluttered/large depending upon the amount of tickets purchased and information requested. I highly recommend that you adjust the UX accordingly for a more user friendly experience.24 votes
Not sure if I am just not seeing it, but if it's not there, how about adding your list of available shortcodes to the Help or Settings section on the back-end of the site? It's mildly irritating to have to go to your website every time, then run a search for shortcodes, then find the correct post in order to get the correct shortcode...6 votes
Tooltips currently show aggregated event info, which is sometimes awkwardly displayed. It would be great to be able to do just a bit of html formatting -- even just paragraphs -- to the displayed tooltip content. Maybe turning this option on/off could be in the events settings?2 votes
