We've always felt that one of the weaker aspects of Event Calendar Pro is its communication capabilities. We’re currently unable to customize email messaging for each unique event. Additionally, our clients are unable to customize the standard confirmation email on their own due to their limited technical capabilities.
It would be extremely advantageous if there were a series of WYSIWYG editors/fields for users to create custom confirmation email messages and custom admin notification messages for each specific event.
Features should also include:
-Ability for the admin to send custom ad-hoc emails using a WYSIWYG editor
-Ability to send the aforementioned emails dependent upon registrant type
-Ability to attach files to confirmation emails
-Ability to automatically update registrants of event changes (already in development I hear)
-SMS notification (already requested)
-Event reminders (already in development I hear)
-Ability to identify a custom recipient for admin notifications
-Ability to manage email template designs
-Email log tracking communication
I purposefully included features that have previously been discussed because I feel it’s important for your communication options to be comprehensive and all inclusive. Reviewing the forums and feature requests, you can see individuals requesting elements of the above. Rather than designing each element individually over time, it may be more advantageous to take into consideration the entire communication strategy to ensure optimal usability.

Good idea Pierre. I really think the Advanced Filter Bar needs to just replace the traditional filter bar all together. That way it can offer both the basic and advanced functions in one bar. The segmentation between the two is a bit confusing for visitors.

I like it!
A widget would be more ideal.
Also, it would be more user friendly and astatically pleasing if you could replace the basic filter bar with the advanced filter bar (which would include both sets of filters). The current setup is a bit confusing for the average user.
Additionally, users are having trouble using the filter itself because the page reloads every time you select a filter option. It would be more ideal if the user could select all the filter options, then select search once they are done.

Hello all, this is a great idea.
For our WooCommerce users, the good news is that there are a few third-party plugins that should help with this in the meantime:
Note that you can sell more than 1 type of ticket on a single event so it may not be advantageous to set the minimum at 1. However, it would be desirable to prevent the page from moving to the shopping cart when the sum of all ticket quantities equals zero or what ever the desired configuration is set to.
