    Hi,
I have heard that you are going to update the recurring events at some point so you can list, for example:
    1. An event that lasts 3 days (And the attendee is going for all three days- Eg a three day seminar)
    2. A true recurring event that occurs every week but is bookable on each of those weeks (Eg A band night that happens every Friday)

I would use both these elements in my website, but also with the 2nd option particularly it would be amazing to enable reviews... so customers can let everyone know how good the events are.
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your votes! We have this on our longterm roadmap for Event Tickets Plus.

Some folks have started using the free Event Tickets addon as a waitlist ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/ ). With that plugin installed a new type of ticket becomes available: RSVP. You can add RSVPs “tickets” to sold out events. This allows users to share their email address if they are interested in attending. You can then email the list of interested users when a ticket becomes available.

With some minor wording modification you can even rename RSVP to “Waitlist” and change any other verbiage to help make this a decent wait list feature for your website.

Thank you all for your patience on this one.

This can be addressed with the following snippet pasted in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/niconerd/16770b84adb6156aaa77948bf208bacb

We also want to thank @websource who wrote a separate nice little plugin to address this.

Hi, I like this idea, I would ideally want two options:
    - Flat charge per event (IE one event no matter how many times it recurs
    - % charge per booking
I think paypal is the easiest way to invoice.
