    This is a great idea and we really appreciate you sharing it. It is very possibly something we could build as an extension or an enhancement we could include in of our feature updates. We will continue keeping an eye on this, and slot it as soon as we can amongst our hundreds of other great feature ideas.

    Cheers!

    Re: Add Links to the top of the calendar for previous and next months

    Events Calendar: You note that a solution was provided to this request, but you provide the link to an old solution that does NOT WORK. The link is below In more than one instance I have seen your clients sent to this link. As noted in a support response by "Hunter" below; the code does not work. I suggest you keep this request going and actually build this functionality into your calendar. It is only common sense as it is a HUGE usability factor that shouldn't require back-end template customization on the part of your clients. You only have to look at the Google Calendar and any other calendar I seem to find; navigation at the top.

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-navigation-links-above-the-calendar-in-month-view/

    Code Does Not Work:

    .tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-next a, .tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav li {
    display: block;
    }

    Konrad,

    Thanks for linking to the KB article. Unfortunately, that functionality has been removed since ~4.0 – I can see if anyone has time to put together a quick snippet – but can’t give you a 100% answer. One idea would be to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and add it to the list if it hasn’t been already.

    Thanks.

    The ability to customize more would be fantastic. It is getting difficult to keep going back to my employer to tell them I cannot build the functionality they want with this calendar.

    Thanks so much.

    Thank you for the opportunity to add my voice. It seems only logical that if you provide us with the capability to add the full calendar into any page, we should be able to add the filter bar as well if we choose. This lack of functionality is causing us to 'hit the wall' over and over again as we try to customize this calendar to meet our organizational needs.

    Many thanks!

    Your plugins are AMAZING first of all. Thank you for doing such an excellent job overall.

    I'm trying to do the EXACT same thing as the poster of "Allow Featured Events to Display at the Top of the Event List Widget"! It seems to me that one of the premises of WordPress is to be able to highlight news and events. If you provide a widget related to your plugin that allows us to display event information in places other than the calendar, we should have the ability to have "sticky" events (featured items) that show at the top of our widget, with everything that is not featured below. Please, oh please provide us with a line of code or some CSS or add something to the widget or shortcode that will allow us to display the information in this manner. Many thanks.
