It would be a very useful to be able to contact all attendees with a personalised email.

For example, if there were a change of location, just view the attendee list and email them all to say:

    "Hi [First Name],

Just to let you know there has been a change of location..."

If there's already a way to do this I haven't been able to find it!

As a side note, we have a jobs board plugin on our site which does have this feature and we have a regular campaign that goes out to people who have subscribed to specific types of jobs.

Open/click rates are great due to the targeted nature of the emails so I'm sure such a feature would work very well with monetised ticket sales - increasing our ROI and making TEC a more valuable product for us.

This would be very useful. The ticket creation process is not the most streamlined to start with so having to then go into the WooCommerce products and update them also makes for very time-consuming work (the reason we digitalised our booking system was to make it more efficient!).

Even having the option to sync the two, rather than it being the default, would be very useful.

    Use case:

We run four main types of training. Training is over multiple days but tickets can be purchased for individual days. As a result, each event has around 5 tickets, and we are running 3-4 events every week (so generating around 15-20 "products" each week). As it stands we don't have the manpower to reliably assign the appropriate product categories to each and every ticket, meaning that we are unable to issue coupons relating to specific event/ticket types, which would be really useful. This feature would make it possible with no additional work required.

Thank you all for your continued feedback here. This is very much something we are interested in refining. We are going to rope in a strategist to properly account for the various workflows of as many people as we can, and try to find a slick method and improved method for reporting this info to everyone. Until then please keep voting, it helps us prioritize.

    Thanks again!

This would also save me an untold amount of time. Every ticket I am planning to sell through the platform would conform to a template. The only variable would be the date.

Is there an extension that can provide this feature?

We run training courses for professional development in five day blocks.

People can, and often do, attend the full five-day block but others will want to attend individual day(s) within the block. It would be useful to have the five-day block as the parent event with each day as an individual child event.

As it stands I have to create five separate courses to monitor attendance for each course (annoying for people that want to book all five days as they have to go into each separate event to book a ticket) or create a five-day event with separate ticket types for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc. This makes it easier for those booking, but managing attendees more difficult at the back end.
